About the Business
We are a family friendly martial arts club just 5 minutes away from Nottingham's city centre. We pride ourselves in being one of Nottingham's most affordable quality martial arts clubs - Keeping classes to a manageable size means we can pay more attention to each member's individual needs. Classes are taught by 3 x WAKO World Champion Mieke Tate. We cater for kids, adults, beginners, advanced and everything in between; Have a look at our timetable. Whether your aim is to learn the basics, or gain confidence / strength / focus / flexibility; whether you want to progress through the ranks and earn your black belt or just drop a few pounds and tone up; or even train to compete at any standard - Tell us what you want to get out of your training and we will work on it together!
All classes (apart from sparring) are non-contact and are adjusted to your personal needs. Personal one-on-one training is also available. Come join us for an introductory session; you won't be disappointed.
