About the Business

We believe it's should not be necessary to be able to do endless press-ups and sit ups to be able to participate in a self-defence activity it should be accessible to all people and at the moment we cater for ages 17 and above and at the moment we have a growing diverse age group some of our members are 50 and above. Please note we are a self defence club that uses more than one martial art, we do not train people for fighting in a ring at the moment although some of our members have gone on to participate in the ring.

Thai Boxing, kick Boxing, Kung Fu, Karate, Wing Chun, Eskrima, Kali, Grappling We support a fully guided safe learning system which is applicable to people 17 years and up.
