My 8yr old daughter attends and my goodness, it has done WONDERS for her self esteem and confidence. Her classes calm her anxiety and help her feel empowered. Plus they’re really bloody fun! My 6yr old son attends the same lesson - he’s a bundle of energy and just loves it! Really recommend; the team are great, the location is fab and I enjoy my free cuppa each week happy kids - happy mama!!
