Mind Body Spirit is Chesterfield's Premier Full-Time Martial Arts Academy providing the best Ju-Jitsu, Kobudo, Iaido, Personal Safety & Self-Defence tuition available. Coaching Director, Shihan Mike Holden a 6th Dan Ju-Jitsu & BJJAGB National Governing Body Level 4 Senior Coach, heads a team of friendly and experienced instructors, as well as an ever-expanding team of Junior Coaches. Each one of our instructors hold or are working toward BJJAGB Coaching qualifications, are CRB-DBS checked and hold Professional Indemnity Insurance. At Mind Body Spirit, we make it our mission to guide each and every one of our students towards their Black Belt and beyond!
We understand how it feels when entering a Martial Arts dojo for the first time, we have all experienced it before, and we never forget that the feeling. That is why our staff and students are all friendly and approachable, and we pride ourselves in our relaxed, positive, upbeat classes.
