Kali, Arnis or Eskrima are all terms used to describe the collective martial arts of the Philippines. Like Kung fu there are many sub systems and at MKFKS we teach from many influences to make use of functional weapons & empty hand techniques at all ranges.
Wing Chun is also a southern Chinese art made famous by Bruce Lee which is noted for its simplicity, fast bridging hands, wooden dummy training, bracing structures, and trapping methods. Trained properly it should help a practitioner to defeat a larger opponent without the use of brute force.
