About the Business
There will be open mat sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7pm till 9pm and Saturday mornings 10am-12pm. Classes resume as normal Monday 29th June. Make sure you train while we are way! Welcome to the McLeod Academy. We are a fully equipped martial arts gym with classes for everyone from the age of 3 onwards. The arts we teach are Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts, Muay Thai and Submission Wrestling. We emphasize the concept of Mixed Martial Arts, researching everything, absorbing what is useful and rejecting what is useless. Our mission at the McLeod Academy is helping others to reach their maximum potential through the vehicle of Martial Arts creating healthy, happy people.
People decide to train in Martial Arts for a variety of reasons. Together we Grow! Many of the qualities you develop through Martial Arts training are 'life skills' and are essential for achieving growth in other areas of life.
