About the Business
We are a Self-Defence School teaching Krav Maga Contact Combat.
Open to all ages and genders, kids, teens, adults both male and female. It involves fitness, self-defence, core workouts, nutritional advise, martial arts, boxing, and learning to keep safe. Above all it's FUN.
Our aim to to teach you some skills that can be used to defend yourself, whilst making new friends and having a laugh.

- We have the highest ranked female instructor.
- We are members of the largest Self-Defence Krav Maga organisation in the world, IKMF.
- We are certified NSPCC, CRB, DBS and First Aid.
- Instructors are regularly updated to maintain professional standards.
There is a need to keep fit and remain healthy and to lose weight.
There is no better way than self-defence as you lose weight and learn new skills.
There is no other certified club in Berkshire.
We are the only club with a female instructor.
