About the Business
Karen started kickboxing at Chesham at the age of 17 and was introduced to martial arts soon after. Having quickly progressed in her first year she was awarded the club's female martial artist of the year award. She has shown the same dedication since then and achieved her Black Belt First Dan in December 2007 along with her instructing qualification. Outside of training Karen works full time and previously worked as a teacher of singing, drama and dance so has plenty of experience and is confident teaching all ages. She is also Appointed Person trained in Health and Safety First Aid. She has experience fighting semi contact in the ring and is a fully qualified instructor in both martial arts and kickboxing.
Beky has been kickboxing for over ten years, has fought in multiple semi-contact kickboxing competitions and was awarded 1st Dan Black Belt in mixed martial arts in December 2007.
