Whether your goal is to deter bullying, lose weight, learn new skills, make friends, compete, or reach the ultimate goal of Black Belt, our Instructors will work with you to achieve this. Zenku Kai classes promote 'Total Quality Training' for adults and children over the age of 3 years.
Our centre's have a relaxed, friendly but professional atmosphere in which we aim to develop a personal and constructive relationship between the students and Instructors. Our classes are filled with children and adults of all ages and abilities. If you are nervous about attending a class, come along and see us and our Instructors will spend some time with you to discuss your needs.
