About the Business
Our style of Kickboxing combines the heritage and traditions of English Queensbury rules Boxing along with the Oriental strikes & kicks of Karate & Thai Boxing. All instruction is given in English and we don't use confusing Oriental jargon, Katas or rituals. We have an exciting syllabus from white belt through to Blackbelt and beyond! Involved in Martial arts since 1985 John holds Blackbelts in Sport Karate & Kickboxing along with coaching qualifications in Jeet Kune Do, Muay Thai and Amateur Boxing.
A former professional bodyguard, cage fighter and Military physical training instructor John has competed in the following combat sports: Karate, Kickboxing, Judo, Amateur Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jui Jitsu, Submission Wrestling, Jui Jitsu Kumite and Stick Fighting. John holds blackbelts in both Karate & Kickboxing and is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. John has competed in Karate, Kickboxing, Amateur Mixed Martial Arts, Submission Wrestling & Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
