Even though Stephen has traveled the world competing, and became a World Champion for 10 years, what makes his programmes so different to all the other, is his dedication to Personal Development. It is a real Family Run Business with Stephens wife Karen running the office. A Black Belt in Martial Arts herself and also a Qualified gym instructor.
