About the Business
The club caters to people of all ages ages and abilities, and we hold 6 open classes per week to ensure that no matter how busy your schedule may be you can always find time to train. We make sure that the atmosphere in our classes is welcoming and friendly but our students are constantly being pushed to better themselves. Our children's classes combine traditional martial arts training and modern sports training to develop our students self confidence, discipline, fitness and co-ordination.
We take pride that often our students parents see a change in their children's behaviour, maturity levels and even academic achievements in a very short period of time. While our adults classes pack high intensity cardio, self defence and Taekwondo sparring into an action packed hour. We believe that in order to achieve results and progress you must make the most of the time you spend training. The club currently holds closed classes at Devonshire Primary School in Sutton.
