We have four main types of martial arts class which cater for all ages and abilities. Our Little Soldiers program, for ages 4–8 year olds, focuses on discipline, fitness and fun and is a great introduction to martial arts. Cadets, for 8–11 year olds, builds on all these aspects giving the children achievable goals to grow their confidence.
Our Adults martial arts classes are suitable for ages 12 years and over, and are an excellent way to get fit in a fun and sociable environment. If you prefer to train with other women, our ladies only martial arts classes are an ideal way to exercise, learn self-defence and make some new friends!
