Bridgwater Martial Arts Academy

The BMA is at it's heart a martial arts training venue that provides lessons from 3 years up to 50+ years. The Traditional Ju-jitsu or self defence training is designed to provide defensive and attacking methods to defend yourself with practical advice on situation awareness. The skills are primarily the Ju-jitsu syllabus with some kickboxing, ground and wrestling techniques added in.
