Our intention is to provide a high standard of tuition for judo and other related martial arts together with the traditional values of etiquette and philosophy and, to do so in a safe environment where a student can achieve a competent standard at national level of competition or, just personal enjoyment for fun, fitness and wellbeing.
We are a traditional karate club (Shotokan school) based in Luton, Bedfordshire, England. We are affiliated to the International Association of Shotokan Karate (IASK) headed by Sensei Nicholas Adamou9th DAN ( one of Kanazawa Kancho's most senior and respected students). The club is run by Sensei Iain Tyrie 6th Dan (IASK), assisted by Lawrie Turner 4th Dan, Paul Foster 2nd Dan and Lorna Tyrie 1st Dan.
At UKTI Martial Arts, we teach 9 different styles combined into one based around Master H John VII Degree unique style of Martial Arts based around the scientific Art of TaeKwon-Do using the centerpoint. We are based around the south east region including Luton, Dunstable, Houghton Regis, Flitton, Greenfield, Flitwick, Harpenden and Bedford.
Based in Luton, we have been established for 20 years and the standards set at the club are of the highest level. Luton Higashi is ranked among the top clubs in the UK and Sensei John Hurley is thehighest graded Higashi instructor in Herts, Beds and Bucks.
Kaisho Ju-Jitsu Ryu was founded in November 2007 with the aim of providing a realistic and street smart way for all ages to defend themselves in today's world. The techniques that we teach are acombination of Ju-Jitsu, Karate and Kickboxing. This combination provides an all-round self defence ability that can be used in many situations. The martial arts that we teach are not sports, because in a real world scenario there are no rules, and people do not fight fairly.
Our club teaches International Atemi Ju Jitsu which involves all aspects of Ju Jitsu. Throws, take downs, grappling, sparring, hold down techniques, various kicking and punching combinations are allincluded in our syllabus. A class begins with a gentle warm up, rotating the neck, shoulders etc right through to the feet. Next we'll jog on the spot to rise the heart rate and warm up all our muscles.
Luton TaeKwon-Do is a new but fast growing martial arts training group based through out Luton. At Luton TaeKwon-Do we strive to give you the best training experience martial arts in Luton. Ourinstructors are willing to go that extra mile to satisfy all the students and affiliated clubs. All instructors regularly go to their own Blackbelt training and master classes to be able to pass great knowledge on to their students.

ACS Martial Arts offers junior and adult jujitsu martial arts classes, including elements from Geoff Thompsons's Real Combat System and real world self defence tuition as well as Boxercise and Boxfitsessions. The sessions based at Stopsley were transfered to ACS MAGFA's new Taylor St premises in October 2014.
The Hitchin karate club is run by Sensei Angus Pearson (4th Dan) and Sensei Paul Grimsey (5th Dan). The club was started in September 2000 and now has over 40 members both junior and adult.
