About the Business
Phoenix SMA operates a Freestyle TaeKwonDo system that allows all styles of TKD and also other martial arts to train together without having an overall governing body stipulating what students can and cannot do when training. One of our main influences of training comes from the more traditional teaching of the ITF (International TaeKwon-Do Federation) as well as influences from the ITA (International TaeKwonDo Alliance).
We now also run a BRAND NEW Programme called Self Defence Systems (SDS) that includes, stand up techniques, joint manipualtions & groundwork in a single system.
