About the Business

Black Country Taekwondo is a family run, family orientated martial arts club specialising in the Korean martial art of Taekwondo. Our classes cover all aspects of Taekwondo from traditional patterns and line work to sport sparring and self-defence. The Korean martial art of taekwondo is well known for its impressive kicking techniques, but that is only one part of what taekwondo has to offer. We will teach you the traditional art side of taekwondo as it was originally developed, we will then show you how to use what you have learnt in both a self-defence and a sparring situation.

You don't need to be fit to join us as our classes will help you build your fitness, flexibility and confidence through a programme of stretching exercises, pad work drills, exercise routines and sparring session in which you work at your own pace. Whether you are a complete beginner or have done a martial art before we look forward to meeting you.
