About the Business
Our Aikido classes take place in the centre's air-conditioned workout studio with 100 square meters of martial arts mats. Classes cost just £18 per month if attending a single class per week, or £30 per month if you are attending twice each week. Fees are paid on a monthly basis rather than per lesson on purely practical grounds. The venue has to be paid for whether the student turns up or not. We hope that this will also encourage more regular attendance from students.
There are no contracts however, and no tie-ins. On any occasion where we are lucky enough to have some money left over after paying for the hiring of the venue, we spend that money on promotion, club equipment, inviting guest instructors, etc. This includes membership of our governing body, and as such includes your B.A.B. insurance fees, and grading costs up to and including blue belt.
