Machine MMA & Fitness Centre is located in the centre of Stanley County Durham in a 2 story building, which consists of a ground floor weights power room with over 2,000kg of Olympic weights and machines. On the first floor we have brand new state of the art weights machines for every body part and fitness machines for the fitness fanatic. Adjacent to the weights room we have the martial arts room. 150 square meters of grappling area and a professional 20 foot cage with 14 hanging punch bags.
Our instructors run a comprehensive range of martial arts and fitness classes.
