About the Business
We are a Martial Arts training facility located in Dorchester, Dorset. Open 7 days a week, we provide group classes and private coaching in all the disciplines required for the modern Mixed Martial Arts Athlete. We are the only gym in Dorchester to offer beginners programmes in Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Submission Wrestling, MMA Conditioning as well as three fantastic age specific children's Martial Arts programmes. Unlike other clubs in the area, we offer a fresh modern approach to Martial Arts training.
You won't spend weeks learning how to bow correctly or have to call your instructor sir or sensi or walk up and down the gym hitting thin air while wearing a white suit. You'll learn how to punch, kick, knee and elbow effectively, you'll learn takedowns and submissions on the ground. We've removed the traditional dogma and treated martial arts the same way we would coach any other modern sport. Our facility boasts the most experienced and qualified instructors in Dorset.
