Established in 2012, Absolute Martial Arts has quickly become one of the most popular and successful kickboxing clubs in the South East. Experienced qualified instructors offer you the highest standard of kickboxing classes whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced black belt.
We teach a variety of classes that are fine tuned to helping you achieve your goals. Classes typically include general fitness, basic techniques, grading work, pad work, self-defence and sparring, as well as passing on the key values of the martial arts such as respect and self discipline. Each class is packed full of energy and positivity and taught in a safe and friendly environment. Grading tests are held at regular intervals throughout the year, and the team regularly competes on the national and international competition circuit. Giving you the opportunity to embark on the journey from beginner to black belt, or to become a champion!
